Mickey and Trucks

Yesterday I had to work but Daddy and Grammie were off and took Caden shopping! I came home to lots of goodies! Two Hot Wheels carriers that hold 100 cars each! Thank goodness for those since he has a BAZILLION new ones to play with! Caden also came home with a new Mickey Mouse blanket which he loves and 2 new Mickey and Donald Duck outfits!

Work With Mommy

Friday Caden came to work with me. Sara (the sweet friend of mine that keeps him Mondays and Fridays and after MDO on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) was unable to keep him because her son was sick.

He is so much fun when he spends the day with me at work. He watches Mickey Mouse on the computer (if Mommy isn't using her computer) and plays with my post-it notes, goes into Glenn's office and plays with his Porsche and Ferrari model cars. He has a blast.

Hot Wheels!

One of Tim's co-workers sent home an entire box of Hot Wheels cars along with a rolling cabinet with 3 drawers full of even larger cars and a track that has 2 cars that shoot around it at crazy speeds!

Caden is in heaven! He has not even gone through half the cars he got from the box. I cannot imagine someone delivering to me an entire box of Barbies when I was younger! I would have fainted!

Wordless Wednesday WINNER: AUNT KAY

Happy Birthday to my Best Friend Jamie! I love you tons and cannot wait to celebrate at lunch today! Our lunches are always very interesting! We have great stories to tell every time! I hope your day is amazing!

Random Caden Pictures

The picture is kind of bright, but here he is in his new Monkey/Banana pj's coloring with chalk. He will tell you to draw something and before you can get half the picture drawn, he erases it and laughs his head off!Here he is around 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Sara warned me that he had only slept for 40 minutes or so at nap time. I got home and he got really quiet and I found him like this watching cartoons. Not a big deal for most kids who can fall asleep anywhere, but for Caden it is a HUGE deal. He has only fallen asleep at home out of his bed 3 times TOTAL!
Here he is in his outfit from Aunt Kay and Uncle Scott before we left for church. He kept saying, 'Mommy, I cute!'. I agree!

Basketball Goal & Crayola Desk

Today I put together Caden's basketball goal he got from GiGi and Poppa for his 2nd birthday. Now that we have the playroom ready, he actually has room for it. He played basketball in the living room where I put it together at and then he grabbed my hand and Tim's hand and made us sit down on the hearth to watch him play.

He loves to throw underhanded UP the net rather than over the rim and into the net. In time...in time....Thanks so much GiGi and Poppa, he loves it!

I also put together his Crayola desk he got from Grammie. He loves using the 'paint cup holders' to hold his water cup!Here he is pushing his chair in before his game of basketball. He could not wait for it to be finished so he could sit in the chairs! Thanks so much Grammie!
