Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that we have had some C.R.A.Z.Y. weather here in Dallas/Plano. Caden was sick last week and most of this week, so we (Caden and me) were home Monday through Friday! Schools were closed for 4 days in a row! RECORD! We ventured out yesterday for a few minutes, but here are some good pictures from today.
Tim took these and caught Caden inside waving and ready to brave the weather!
Look at our street! We have never seen our street covered in snow like this! Of course having a sheet of ice under it probably helped!
Another view of the street.
Caden's swing!
The icicles were crazy long!
I pulled out some beach toys and Daddy made a path of cars all the way around the flowerbeds!
A plastic spoon provided tons of fun for Caden! Here he is flinging snow up in the air. You can see a chunk of it above his head in this picture.
More snow flinging!
Daddy's trail of 'snow cars'.
They wound all around the side of the house too.
Close up!
We had so much fun in the snow today. The weather was gorgeous and there were no winds! We are ready for it to melt though so we can get back into the swing of things!

That snow around your home was beautiful! I am glad you had all those days off with Caden.Monday, ya'll are really going to miss eachother.
Those cars are awesome! Great job, Tim! Isn't it funny that will all the toys our kids have, they are most happy with something as simple as a spoon?
Wow! I cannot believe how much snow you guys got!!! I'm a little jealous! :) It looks like so much fun! I bet all the people in town for the Super Bowl are in shock. I'm sure they thought Texas was HOT... and of course that we all ride around on horses!
