Staging to Sell

As I mentioned in another post, Mom helped us get the house ready to sell.  The realtor suggested we switch the playroom to the sun room and make our 'playroom' a sitting area.  Wow, what an undertaking that was!

Here is the progress and the finished product!

Moved the shelving and the rug into the sun room.

 We had to pack things away to 'stage' the house, so here are the boxes!  Garage started filling up quick!

We listed the house on a Thursday morning and had 32 showings between Friday and Sunday and 4 offers that same weekend!  We are happy to report that we close on April 4th and will be leaving Texas on Saturday, April 6th for Nashville!
