Surprise from Aunt Kay and Uncle Scotty

Caden got a surprise in the mail today from Uncle Scotty and Aunt Kay.

Caden spent the night with Grammie last night since I had my branch block injections done. They had a great time and Caden was sad to see her leave when she drove off. He ran down the sidewalk to tell her goodbye one last time! Thanks for keeping our little monkey Grammie!

Icy Weather Days

Our crazy weather has kept us home the past two days. We have been camped out by the fire and staying warm. I took these pictures this morning.

Last night before I went to bed, I scraped a bunch of ice off this table. You cannot tell I did that this morning!

Breakfast with Grammie

This morning after Caden woke up, we headed to meet Grammie at IHOP. After breakfast we went to Grammie's house and Caden played with all his toys!

Here he is showing me his outfit Grammie got him that we took home. He was talking so much today, saying 'tatt-too - thank you and good'...He is quite the chatter monkey!
Here he is playing with his computer! It has a little robot on the right hand side that talks and moves his head and Caden just loves him!Here he is riding his Winnie the Pooh toy. He goes everywhere on it!We had a great time with Grammie! Thank you for breakfast!

Happy 70th Birthday Glenn!

Today is Glenn's birthday! We had a blast today with him. We took him to lunch at Park Cities Prime for steak and then came back to the office to celebrate with cake!

After we had cake we got Glenn to try and pop a balloon in his chair. Hey, we all had tons of sugar and were feeling crazy, plus you are only 70 once, right?

Work then Play

I brought Caden to work with me this morning since his daycare was closed for the holiday. He had a blast playing ball in our lobby, looking outside at the cars going into the garage and playing with the blinds!

Our boss sent us home for the day around 11ish, so we came home, had lunch, took naps and then played outside on the swing.

Happy Birthday Jamie!

Happy, Happy, Happy Birthday to my best friend Jamie! I hope you have an amazing day! I am so glad that you and I met and have become so close over the years. You are an amazing friend to me and I so enjoy our time spent together. I look forward to our lunch today! Who knows maybe something will happen at lunch that we can blog about! Our lunches are never uneventful!

Mickey and Stuff

'I'm still teething folks. I pretty much put everything in my mouth and chew on it except for the teething rings. Mommy and Daddy have no idea why I do this either.'
