Crawling!

I think Caden is finally getting the hang of this crawling thing! He must however have motivation! A prize to attain! Last night it was his zoo pop-up book!

Grammie's Visit

Happy 90th Birthday Granny!

Granny (a.k.a. Mrs. Alexander), we hope you have a wonderful 90th Birthday! We had so much fun celebrating with you Saturday! Here's a list of those in attendance: Cheryl (her daughter), Mike and Charlotte (her son and daughter in law), Michelle (her granddaughter), Holly and Allison (her great-granddaughters), Sharon (Cheryl's best friend) and us 3. Charlotte made lasagna which was awesome and Cheryl besides organizing the party, got a cake that was chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate which was amazing!

More Snow!!

My office closed early today so I picked Caden up from Daycare and headed home. It started snowing and raining pretty hard so I bundled him up and took him outside for more SNOW pictures (it has not begun to stick yet though). Here are a few pictures and a video. I think he liked it!!!

The Laughter of a Child

Oh my goodness! I mentioned to Tim a few days ago how I could not wait to hear Caden laugh out loud more than just a few giggles...well tonight was the night! Tim was on the floor acting as though he were sneezing and Caden was on a roll! We were crying laughing! It was priceless!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it MELT!

While Mommy waited for Central Expressway to thaw this morning, Caden did get to see some snow!

Snowing at Night! So Unfair!

It is snowing outside and it is NIGHT TIME! Caden is asleep and missing it all and it had to come at night!

Caden had a big day on Thanksgiving day '07 though! It was his 3 month Birthday, it snowed and it was his first Thanksgiving! Below is the video from Thanksgiving '07 at the Alexander's home.

The Chicken Dance!

Mimi (Cheryl) and Granny (Mrs. A) came over last night to watch Caden while Tim and I went to dinner. We went to Mi Cocina and then shopping at the mall. Here is Caden while we waited for them to arrive.

We of course had to bring Caden a surprise! Check out the Easter Chick we bought him. We thought it was hilarious that he 'rocked' to the music and then gave a big grin at the end! As Granny says, 'A little of that goes a long way!' I think the song will be in our heads for a lonnnnnnggggggg time!
