Revamping the Old Slideshows

As you guys remember from this, Click HERE we lost all our slide shows in May of 2009. I have found a program that I finally like so that I can recreate them.

I am doing them one at a time, so please be patient GRANDMOTHERS! :)

Dates!

In Caden's classroom they are learning the month, date and day. I captured him on video as we were practicing on the way to school yesterday. If he gets the date correct, he gets a piece of candy.

Airplane Geo Trax

Tim put the last Geo Trax that Caden got for his birthday together tonight. It is super cool and came with a remote control too! He got the airplane one from Grammie, a Sheriff one from GiGi and the Ramone one from Kari! He's got an entire city going on now!

Caden's Birthday Weekend

Caden's actual birthday was Sunday so we saved a few gifts for him to open that morning.

Here he is opening a color-changing Lightning McQueen car from GiGi and Poppa.

We saved out a treat box for Caden to have from the party and he loved playing with the slinky!Mary and Don are some friends from my parent's church and this is their gift for him that he was ripping into!

It was a 'Cars' Lego set! He was so thrilled.

Caden is into Geo Trax, which you buy in sets to connect up into little cities. We had to get some track packs to go along with the scenes that my parents, Tim's Mom and Kari and Scott got him so Tim connected everything up but ran out of time before getting the airplane one up from Grammie. We'll post more pictures when that one is all hooked up too! We love the rug that Grammie got him below in the picture. It is perfect for the Geo Trax city!

Where have the past 3 years gone? We love you more every day and are so happy that God gave us such a wonderful little boy!

Caden's First Day of Preschool

Caden's first day of Preschool was today and he was pretty excited this morning to go. He had his huge backpack on and was set to go.

Mommy and Daddy walked him into the chaos this morning! They keep the kids in one big room until 8:05 so it being the first day and all with ALL the parents and the noise, we weren't sure how he would do. We tired a million times at home to get him to smile on camera and he refused, but of course we ask him to pose with Mrs. Farouk and he happily obliged!

Caden at Mommy's Work

I had Caden with me at work today until his school starts next week and he had a blast. He always loves coming to 'Mommy's Work' to help me out!

We all went to Sal's for lunch and it was delish! They did not have chicken nuggets so Glenn ordered him a chicken parmesean without the parm! Caden devoured the entire thing!
Laura brought her grandson Jason to work as well so Caden had a playmate.
