Today was my regular OB appointment. They did not have the results from my 1st round of blood work that went with the NT sonogram I had last week, but I did find out that the results of the sono were normal and there was not excessive fluid behind the neck of the baby! Great news!
I go back May 31st for the 2nd half of the NT blood work. Once the results of that round of blood work are back and compared with the sono and the 1st round of blood work, we will have a better idea of the results.
After my May 31st appointment, they will schedule me to see a specialist in Allen who will do a full body anatomy sonogram of the baby to measure the bones and the space between the eyes, etc and more importantly DETERMINE WHETHER WE ARE HAVING A BOY OR GIRL! The only reason I am being referred out for that appointment is because I will be 35 during this pregnancy.
So far so good! We are very excited that all is well!

You are getting all kinds of special treatments with this one, huh. I'm sure all will be well with this little Ivey, just as it was with Caden!
I'm sure all will be well with HER as well! But if it's a boy...he will be just as healthy and just as loved. I can't wait to know!
