These were the words that Dr. Berry (Caden's Pediatrician) heard this afternoon when she told me that CADEN HAS STREP THROAT! I said, 'Oh my gosh, I've been so careful!' She said, 'Oh no, he definitely gave this to you....' Fantastic...just when I'm feeling better now! So she prescribed him some Keflex to take for 10 days 2X a day. He is to be out of daycare for 24 hours. He acts fine though! He just has a runny nose and cough. I told her if he had it half as bad as what mine was he would DIE! She said that adults respond differently to strep which made me happier. NOW PLEASE PRAY TIM DOES NOT GET IT! I have Clorox wiped every single thing my hands have touched today!
'Do I look sick to you?'
'I just want to stay home from school tomorrow.' 
'Mommy, stop taking pictures, I'm a very sick little boy. Don't exploit me.'

He's sure starting off at an early age playing sick! ha!
I do hope he is all right and doesn't get as sick as you. We'll just have to step up our prayers for all of you. And Tim, you need to just wear a mask when you enter the premises. You can take it off the next morning when you leave for work... :|
Poor baby! Well, let's look at it this way...the Ivey Family is getting any and all sickness and ailments out of the way before Summer. Tim, you were already sick so you don't have to get Strep to prove anything...got it??
